The thing is, you deserve an experience that is as painless…even as FUN as possible.
And when it’s time to write an offer, you deserve the best possible terms that will maximize and protect your investment.
Making sure you can understand the process and feel at ease is step number one. I love nothing better than sitting down with my clients to cover the steps, make a plan, and make sure your questions are answered. This gives you a very clear idea of what you will be looking forward to—and our strategic plan will kick off.
Here’s what you can expect from me:

For most of us, this is the largest financial transaction of our lives—so it’s my job to make sure your hard-earned money is going to work for you. Being your #1 advocate and fan and always representing your best interests at the negotiation table is just the beginning.
This is how we get started—we will:
Have an initial consultation to cover your wants and needs. We will typically start with a phone call to get the basics, and then we’ll meet in person. On this meeting, we are going into greater depth on your property search parameters, covering best practices for the process, and making sure you can feel comfortable and confident at every step by answering your questions and educating you on the finer points.
Start your strategic home search. Right away, we will set up automated search parameters, and I will start tapping into my extensive network to find potential off-market or coming-soon properties that may be a fit.
Soon, we will start visiting properties that match your interests and critically assess them on every level (literally and figuratively!).Next steps. When you’ve found a fit, we strategically submit an offer to give you the competitive edge in this market. Once your offer is accepted (congrats!), I hold your hand every step of the way through closing day—and beyond!
